I made an inspiration board of outfit ideas on Pinterest that are my style and vibe. Then I headed straight for the thrift store. I found some great pieces that were near perfect matches to my inspiration outfits for next to nothing.
I screenshot the outfits on my phone so that I would remember what I was looking for. Otherwise I would go crazy and forget what I was doing. There are so many bargains that it overwhelms me at times.
At my favorite store, they even pipe in some old 80’s and 90’s music. I am so relaxed and into the hunt there that I find myself singing outload when I dig through the racks. It’s ok though because other people are singing an aisle over. 🙂 It’s therapeutic!!
I think I got pretty close at matching my inspiration outfits. Each one was less than $10.00 excluding the shoes and accessories.

You are amazing and so talented! Wow, I would have never thought to do this. I’m rethinking going back to resale shops. I went for my kids when they were younger. I usually buy my “teacher outfits “ off season. Thanks for the suggestions.😊
