Week 1 Grocery List

Read over menu to see if you need to alter for food preferences.  This menu is what I like to eat.  I make it for my family, but may add carbies to their portion (ie flour tortillas or bread).  ALWAYS shop your pantry and fridge first.  You may have what you need even before you head out.

2 dozen eggs

Cheesesticks

Shredded cheddar, Monterey jack

Sour cream

Muenster cheese

2 cream cheese

Kerrygold  butter

Heavy whipping cream

Strawberries

Onion

3 bell peppers red, green, and orange (steak fajitas, steak salad, stuffed chicken breasts, fathead pizza)

Iceburg

Garlic cloves

Celery

2 avocado

Mesquite turkey breast (deli)

Hard salami

Pepperoni (or other pizza toppings)

Bacon

Steak (steak dinner, leftovers for steak fajitas, & steak salads)

Chicken breast boneless skinless (broccoli stuffed chicken breasts, chicken ranch wraps, white chicken chili)

Hamburger

Coffee

Real ranch dressing

Real mayo

Dill pickle spears

Rao’s red sauce (or any low carb low sugar for pizza sauce)

Nuts (i love pistachios)

Sugar Free syrup

Chicken broth

1 4.5 oz can green chilies

Frozen broccoli

Halo Top ice cream
