Egg Loaf

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Warm cream cheese and butter in microwave safe mixing bowl for 30 seconds. Beat on med with mixer to cream together. Add all other ingredients and blend. Pour into a parchment paper lined bread loaf pan and bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until middle is done. Serve with sugar free syrup as a breakfast or evening snack.
