Keto Calzone Pepperoni

Ingredients


2 Cups of shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 Cup shredded Parmesan Cheese


2 Cup of Almond Flour


4 tbsp cream cheese


2 egg


Pinch of salt


1 tsp oregano,

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp fennel

Toppings (ie. precooked hamburger, precooked sausage, mushrooms, peppers, spinach, pepperoni, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Warm cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Mix in 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, and almond flour in bowl. (Reserve remaining cheese for toppings)
  4. Microwave on high for 60 seconds
  5. Stir well, then microwave on high for another 45 seconds.
  6. Add eggs, salt and seasonings, mix gently until combined well.
  7. Divide dough into 4 individual balls. Shape into 4 mini circles on silicon mat or parchment paper. Poke holes in dough to allow for bubbling.
  8. Add low carb red sauce onto half of circle, toppings and reserved cheese.
  9. Fold dough over and press the edges together.
  10. Place on your baking sheet or stoneware. Bake for 8-10 mins until golden brown.
  11. Cool minutes and enjoy!!
