Keto Friendly Snack Plates

Now that you are fat adapted and living the Keto Way of Eating (woe), learn all about my keto journey here, you might want some more ideas to branch out with on what you can eat. Here are some simple ideas for snack plates.

Mix and match for your taste. Just remember to log your food and watch portion sizes. For example, measure your nuts because they are easy to over eat if you are not careful.

Also, be weary of how different foods effect/bloat you. Some people can not have nuts or cheeses. Each one of us is a little different. Keep a food journal to help you track what your body can tolerate.
