Tuesday

D)  Zucchini Bowls (zucchini, hot links, mozz, parm)

Wednesday

B)  2 eggs, 3 sausage links, ½ avocado

L)  Cheesewich (2 muenster cheese slices & mesquite turkey breast, pickle spear, 3 strawberries

D)  Steak and wedge salad

Thursday

B)  coffee

L)  Guac and bacon chips, cheese stick

D)  Blackened chicken bacon salad

Friday

B)  coffee

L)  Lettuce wrap (deli meat, cheese, red onion, mayo)

D)  Mississippi Roast

Saturday

B)  2 cheesy eggs, 3 links

L)  coffee

D)  Steak and veggies

Sunday

B) coffee

L)  Jalapeno poppers, wings, guac & bacon chips

D)  Egg loaf with sugar free Syrup

Snack Options

Snacking is fine. Just be sure to count into your daily macros.

    1. I had such a hard time in the beginning figuring out what to eat. I wanted to do my part to make it a little easier. So glad they are helping. 🙂 I am getting ready to post a few more great recipes. Keep an eye out!!
