Wednesday
B) Cheesy scrambled eggs (2), Bacon (2)
L) cheesewich (2 slices muenstercheese, mesquiteturkey breast, mayo, dill sandwich slice) , 3 strawberries
D) Kielbasa, green beans with bacon (1)


Thursday
B) HB egg, ½ avocado
L) salami cheese sticks, berries
D) Pork Chops, salad


Friday
B) Banana Nut Eggloaf with S.F. syrup
L) Loaded broccoli (shredded cheddar, sour cream, bacon)
D) Fathead pizza, (green pepper, mushrooms, red onions)


Saturday
B) Keto pancakes, sf syrup, bacon (2)
L) (2) HB eggs, strawberries
D) Steak, asparagus wrapped in bacon


Sunday
B) Banana Nut Eggloaf with S.F. syrup
L) steamed broccoli w/ meat sauce and mozz
