Week 2 Grocery List

Read over menu to see if you need to alter for food preferences.  This menu is what I like to eat.  I make it for my family, but may add carbies to their portion (ie flour tortillas or bread).  ALWAYS shop your pantry and fridge first.  You may have what you need even before you head out.

2 dozen eggs

cheese sticks

2 packages Sargento sliced cheese (any flavor)

Pepperoni

Shredded cheddar, mozzarella

Sour cream

Feta

Cream cheese

Sugar Free Syrup

Stick butter

Ghee

Coffee

Pepperchinis

1 package brown gravy mix

Pickles

Berries

Nuts

Iceburg

Pico

Avocado

Lime

Zucchini

Red onion

Cauliflower

Jalapeno

Deli meat for cheesewiches and snack plates

Hamburger

Hot links (kielbasa or similar)

Breakfast sausage links

Steak

Bacon

Chicken breast

Small roast (or cut in half and freeze)

Wings (frozen are fine)
