L) Steak salad with real ranch dressing
D) Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast – stuffed with broccoli, cream cheese, peppers, melting cheese.
Thursday
B) 2 eggs, 2 bacon)
4 Salami, cream cheese, pickle roll ups
D) Avocado & Bacon cheeseburger w lettuce buns. mayo and mustard to taste.
Friday
B) 2 cheesy eggs scrambles, 3 bacon
L) snack plate: cheese, strawberries, nuts
Saturday
B) Keto pancakes, Sugar Free syrup, 2 bacon
L) 2 Salami cheese sticks, hard boiled egg.
D) Chicken ranch wraps
