Hey there friends! I wanted to show you a typical weeks worth of meals. Here is Keto Menu Week 1. And Keto Menu Week 2. If you need to substitute because of taste differences, that’s fine. Just make sure it is a Keto friendly change.

Top 5 Tips

  1. Find and check your macros.
  2. Log food in app. I use Carb Manager.
  3. Water, water, water, and then some more!
  4. Have FAT BOMBS ready at all times.
  5. Enjoy your new way of eating – this is NOT a diet!
