Mississippi Roast

I love cooking roast, it makes the whole house smell amazing all day. Plus it makes me feel like I can cook – something that has eluded me my whole adult life. This Mississippi roast is so delicious and easy to make! Check it out.

Ingredients

1 chuck roast (4-5lbs).
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 stick of butter.
5-10 pepperoncini peppers.

Directions

Place the roast in the crock pot. Add the, gravy mix, butter and place the peppers all around the roast.


Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. *(I cook mine on HIGH for 4 hours)

Serve Keto style – in a bowl with melting cheese (I use provolone) and a dollop of sour cream. For non keto, add a bun and some BBQ or ketchup. Whatever they prefer.

Simple, easy and delicious! This roast is amazing with all the flavors floating in that crockpot. And what makes it taste even better is that it contains no water!
