Ingredients
2 Cups of shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Cup of Almond Flour
4 tbsp cream cheese
2 egg
Pinch of salt
1 tsp oregano,
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp fennel
Toppings (ie. precooked hamburger, precooked sausage, mushrooms, peppers, spinach, pepperoni, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Warm cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds.
- Mix in 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, and almond flour in bowl. (Reserve remaining cheese for toppings)
- Microwave on high for 60 seconds
- Stir well, then microwave on high for another 45 seconds.
- Add eggs, salt and seasonings, mix gently until combined well.
- Divide dough into 4 individual balls. Shape into 4 mini circles on silicon mat or parchment paper. Poke holes in dough to allow for bubbling.
- Add low carb red sauce onto half of circle, toppings and reserved cheese.
- Fold dough over and press the edges together.
- Place on your baking sheet or stoneware. Bake for 8-10 mins until golden brown.
- Cool minutes and enjoy!!
