I am the worst when it comes to eating ONE serving of my Halo Top Ice Cream. I will save all of my carbs for that whole pint. Am I the only one that does this?
A great hack to help eliminate over eating is to peel the cardboard wrapper off of the ice cream pint, and slice it into 4 circle serving sizes.
I then thought, if I was going to make serving sizes, I could also make bite sizes just like my fat bombs. It would be easy to mold my Halo Top ice cream into my fat bomb molds for low carb ice cream bites. Just the right size for when I need only a spoonful.
I wanted to make them a little more special so I decided to add fruit and chocolate. I love how great it made these bite sized treats!

Make these ahead of time. Have them ready when you need something with the right amount of goodness. It feels like you’re cheating but you’re not. It’s OK to pop one in your mouth and be satisfied. No guilt!
Dice strawberries into silicone mold. Melt dark chocolate chips over top of strawberries. Cover with Halo Top ice cream and refreeze. Bite sized love!
